The medical molecular oxygen generator uses "PSA" pressure swing adsorption technology to separate air. The raw material air is filtered and dedusted and compressed to 0.5-0.8MPa in an air compressor, and then passed through a cold dryer, adsorption dryer, and filter group to remove the residual oil, water and impurities in the compressed air and enter the adsorber from the bottom. When the air passes through the molecular sieve adsorbent bed, the water, CO2 and nitrogen in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieve, and the oxygen flows out from the top of the adsorber. One part is output as product gas, and the other part is used for cleaning and regeneration of the adsorber.

There are two adsorbers, which work alternately. When one is in adsorption and oxygen production conditions, the other is in cleaning and regeneration conditions. Each adsorber needs to go through five working conditions: adsorption, reverse depressurization, forward depressurization, cleaning and renewing, and pressure charging to complete a working cycle. The two adsorbers are used alternately, so that the oxygen generator can continuously produce oxygen.
